42-42-42, the simple secret of keeping fit, without going to the gym.

According to both Jack La Lanne and also Joe Girard (the world's greatest salesman), the very simple secret of keeping fit is just cutting down starch, eating more protein and fruit , eating bran for breakfast, fasting once a week and well, doing the following:-
42 situps every morning and every night,
42 pushups every morning and every night from a position on your knees,
42 bicycle kicks every morning and every night from a position on your back.

I just started that regime with the hope of toning down the extra flab in my body.. So wish me luck.. :-p

Happy Anniversary my beloved husband...

Tomorrow marks my husband and my 8th anniversary. We've weathered all storms, sunny days and so on together. Our 7th year old daughter is a bonus that makes our life richer.
To my beloved husband, words are never enough to express how much you mean to me and how much your presence in my life made me stronger and more independent then I ever was.
You are my everything and I love you dearly. Thanks for sharing all these 8 years with me and I hope and pray we will share many more wondrous years together, raising our children and growing old together....

Sate Lilit

I fell in love with Sate Lilit in Bali back last year and out of curiosity, I saw this restaurant, aptly named "Ole-ole Bali" and found the menu here!!!
It was yummy.. Like otak2.. And the deco and ambience was typical Balinese. Definitely will come back for more Balinese fix in the future... :-p

A silly story... :-p

Bruno Mars had a Grenade and Taio Cruz had a Dynamite, so they both threw it at Avril Lavigne and Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne Fall Into Pieces, whilst Katy Perry exploded like Fireworks. The bang was so loud that the Black Eyed Peas forgot The Time and Rihanna suffered a memory loss, running around asking,"What's My Name?" Eminem shrugged it off announcing,"I'm Not Afraid", then Willow Smith started to Whip her Hair, which shocked Far East Movement who flew like a G6. Nelly then work up sighing that it was Just A Dream.
